NDIS Support services

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is Australia’s way of making sure people with a disability get the support they need to live life their way. It’s designed to give individuals more choice, control, and independence. Whether it’s help with daily tasks, community access, therapies, or support coordination, the NDIS provides funding that’s tailored to each person’s goals and needs.

Gwandalan Support Services delivers person-centred care across rural and regional Queensland, supporting NDIS participants and older Australians with compassionate, flexible, and local service options. These services include but aren’t limited to:

InHome & Daily Living Support – Assistance with personal care, meal prep, household tasks, transport, community activities, and more

Group & Centrebased Activities – Organised offerings for skill development and social connection

Community Access & Social Participation – Support to attend community events, sports, social programs, and group activities
